I worked as a housing director at Midwood development corp for 5 years where my colleague in FDC was Jumaane williams fellow Brooklyn College alumni, then i worked for marty Markowitz as his housing policy advisor for all of Brooklyn so i have experience the whole gamut from building organizing to hp action to 421a enforcement

Affordability or the lack of it it is a crisis of epic proportions. The most should be done to keep people stably housed and avoid the shelter sysem.
