    More rent stability. When tenants get a pay raise or new job, rent tends to go up because of new growth of income. This shouldn’t be the case we should monitor and give tenants the right to gain more  money in the pockets.

      Housing should not be profit thing. Period. Families that are less fortunate should be used as pawn. People regards housing as essential to help the move up in the ladder of society.Our elected officials that profit on housing should be accountable. I will work across the aisle to prevent this from continuing from happening. NYC and California has an issue with this , i do hope we can fix this problem.     More people that believe in their cause, education on the cons of defunding.
